Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. Also get an bottle of Biotin supplement to give your hair an boost. If you want to add some more help, fish oil pills helps too. Use an good product to get your hair twisted, Avoid beezwax because the petroleum can harm your hair. It works for me and I been going thru the dread journey for 6 months.

It's all in the scalp
by: Torie

Making sure your scalp stays clean is a major thing. I get treatments on my dreads every 3 months (but it depends on how quick your hair grows or how often you get them redone)

I used Dr. Miracle products and for only 4 and a half years it is down my back (even with me clipping my ends when i have lent problems) Look me up on Facebook @ Lashanta Hibbler for pics and inbox me for more tips if you like my hair. LAter

In a little while you are going to see a large amount of growth, like overnight. Its strange , but other people had the same experience. Give it the full year, you'll be surprisingly happy.

Be happy to be Nappy
