I was pleased with the shampoo bar I purchased from Knotty Boy. The lather which the bar soap produces really gets in the scalp and the upkeep afterwards is minimal. I would recommend it, however the soap does not last that long and is pretty damn expensive. (11$) On the whole a really great shampoo for locs.

Knottyboy has some great products.I have used the gel, the mint spray, and the shampoo bar. All three are great. I would recommend them to all. The gel tighten up your dreads for a few days...but leaves white flakes after it completely dries. The mint spray is the best...it makes my hair smell like a breath mint. The shampoo bar is good, but I'd rather use a liquid soap.

I absolutely love Knotty Boy dreadwax. I have tried them all and there is no comparison. Knotty Boy is the way to go!
