Whitelisting
More and more, ISPs are using filtering systems to try and keep Spam out of customers' inboxes. It's a useful service but sometimes, e-mail that you want to receive gets filtered out.
To make sure that your Locked Up! newsletter, e-mail courses and support e-mails are not filtered into your "junk mail" or "bulk mail" folder, please add us to your list of trusted senders. Here's how:
Hotmail
Place the domain mydreadlocks.com on your Safe List, so that you can receive our newsletters and other e-mails. The safe list can be accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs.

AOL
Place the domain mydreadlocks.com in your Address Book.

Yahoo! Mail
If one of our newsletters is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field. The same goes for any support e-mail.

Third-party spam filters
Place the domain mydreadlocks.com on the filter's whitelist. You may need to search a filter's help for how to do this -- and depending on software/version, they may call a "whitelist," a "good list" or some thing similar.

Other ISPs
If one of your Locked Up! newsletters is being filtered, try adding our domain, mydreadlocks.com or our newsletter's 'From' or 'Reply-to' address to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.
If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's tech support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from mydreadlocks.com. Follow their instructions for whitelisting.

I know, it can sound like a lot of work and it's a shame to even have to bother you like this, but in it's a reality in this day and age. In fact, we fully support the anti-spam motivations of all mail servers and ISPs.
But please do make sure that your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping information from Mydreadlocks.com from you and your locks.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience; these circumstances are beyond our control. All you and we can do is work together with the ISPs to shut out the spammers.
Thank You from Mydreadlocks.com Customer Support
